Alicia grew up with real estate transactions forming part of her everyday life as her father has been a practising agent in the Manly region for more than 50 years. She started her career in property management 27 years ago which led her to continue in the long-held family tradition with a move to residential sales. Now at the helm of the Ray White Manly agency, she has been serving as managing director and project sales manager for the past 12 years.

Alicia holds a special affiliation with the Northern Beaches, having lived on the peninsula all her life. Alicia is a fully accredited and licensed real estate agent and auctioneer and has been rewarded with the honour of serving as the Zone Chairperson for the Northern Beaches for 10 years and held a position as Corporate Trainer and Associate Director in Ray White Head Office for 3.5 years throughout her career.

Alicia and her father Roy Ross co-direct the agency, together forming a formidable partnership which has seen them take the office to impressive new heights. The agency maintains its standing at the number one position on the Northern Beaches and has consistently reached the top ten in New South Wales for the past 15 years - quite an achievement.

Alicia heads a multi-faceted office which has many dimensions including corporate rentals, project sales, commercial leasing and sales, as well as leading a team of nine sales professionals in general and prestige residential sales and project marketing.

Alicia is a multi-award winning agent who has received numerous industry accolades. Testament to her ability and success are a stream of awards including Top Auction, Top Principal, Top Northern Beaches Office, Top 2 in the city and a number of marketing excellence awards.

Alicia's lifelong obsession is Real Estate Training and Coaching, and outside her working life her interests include an organic olive & cattle farm in the Hunter Valley which she enjoys with her family.
