After enjoying 8 successful years in sales at Parnell Partners Frenchs Forest, Dean set up Mackinnon Richardson Real Estate in Forestville. There, over 5 years, he trained and managed a successful team of 11 sales people and property managers.

Looking for a new challenge, Dean opened a boutique real estate agency in Dee Why which specialised in a personal and complete service managing properties. During this time he built up a trusted relationship with his clients bringing them all trouble free property ownership for the last 5 years.

Dean has extensive knowledge in real estate and uses his unrivalled interpersonal skills and thorough attention to detail to manage his client’s property investments throughout the Northern Beaches.

Dean has also recently started an Advanced Diploma course in Property Valuation to further his knowledge and flexibility to service his clients.
